Visiblo ("we", "us", "our") is an AI visibility optimization platform that helps businesses measure and improve how they appear across AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude.

The service is provided by Perioxia Technology. Our website is www.visiblo.in.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Visiblo.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@visiblo.in if you suspect unauthorized access.

Visiblo offers Free, Pro, Growth, and other paid plans as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in INR unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions may renew automatically when autopay is enabled through Razorpay. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees until you cancel in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Plan limits, features, and pricing may change. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect active paid subscriptions.

You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Attempting to access accounts or data that do not belong to you
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or overloading our systems
• Uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
• Using Visiblo to send spam or misleading marketing at scale
• Circumventing plan limits, billing, or security controls

You retain ownership of the business information, prompts, domains, and other content you submit to Visiblo. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate, improve, and secure the service.

AI-generated insights, scores, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for how you use them in business decisions.

Visiblo, including its software, branding, dashboards, and documentation, is owned by Perioxia Technology and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or underlying technology except the limited right to use the service.

We strive to keep Visiblo reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific AI visibility outcomes.

Third-party AI platforms, payment providers, and analytics sources may change without notice, which can affect reports and recommendations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perioxia Technology and Visiblo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using Visiblo at any time. You may cancel paid subscriptions through account settings or by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, subject to any data retention described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
