Data deletion instructions

Sign in at visiblo.in, open Social → Accounts, and choose Disconnect on the account you want removed.

• Visiblo deletes the stored access token for that platform.
• Scheduled posts for that platform go back to drafts and are not published.
• Other connected platforms are left as they are.

Email info@visiblo.in from the address on your Visiblo account. Include the platform (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or Google Business Profile) and the account or Page name.

We delete the connection record, imported post text, and draft content that came from that platform. We keep billing records where the law requires it. We reply when the deletion is finished.

If you remove Visiblo from Facebook, Instagram, or Threads, or you use Meta's data-deletion request, Meta notifies Visiblo. For Threads, that callback deletes the Threads connection and returns scheduled Threads posts to drafts. The same email address above handles a deletion request for Facebook or Instagram data.

To delete the whole Visiblo account, email info@visiblo.in with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account and its connected-platform data, subject to records we must keep for billing or legal claims.
